Stunning full hollowbody guitar with double cutaway, licensed Bigsby, 648mm scaling, rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Body is constructed from solid maple top (yes solid ) , and laminated back and sides! Finished in deep wine colouring with abalone inlay and gold effect hardware!
This guitar has been the choice of pro musicians of all genres. The versatility of this guitar begins with its solid cedar top that can play sweet mellow passages or power chords with equal ability. The maple back and sides are a perfect reflector for the tone generated by the soundboard and the gloss black finish looks great under the stage lights. A little over 40 years ago, largely because we could not afford to buy a high quality electric guitar, and partly because we enjoyed a challenge, my Dad and I decided to make an electric guitar. I designed an instrument from scratch, with the intention that it would have a capability beyond anything that was out there, more tunable, with a greater range of pitches and sounds, with a better tremolo, and with a capability of feeding back through the air in a "good" way - i.e. in a self-sustaining mode.
