Burns® London erhvervede den oprindelige Shadows bass i 2005, hvilket inspirerede os til at genudgivelse denne fantastisk bas guitar, men i en begrænset antal.

Stunning full hollowbody guitar with double cutaway, licensed Bigsby, 648mm scaling, rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Body is constructed from solid maple top (yes solid ) , and laminated back and sides! Finished in deep wine colouring with abalone inlay and gold effect hardware!

Revolutionary Sound Engine
At the core of the Legend One series is the Legend Soul Engine, powered by Viscount's proprietary TMT (Tonewheel Modeling Technology) and HDS (High-Definition Sampling). These technologies provide authentic organ tones, including detailed recreations of iconic models such as the B3 (1938), C3 (1955), A100 (1961), and more. The 91 tonewheels offer rich polyphony and realistic harmonic detail, capturing the essence of classic tonewheel organs.
The series includes 119 additional sounds, ranging from acoustic and electric pianos to synths, strings, brass, and more. Players can utilize the Sound 1 and Sound 2 zones, along with the dedicated Pedal Section, to layer and split sounds across the keyboard for maximum creative expression. The Bass Section offers 22 bass sounds, including traditional tonewheel, pipe, and synth bass options, ensuring deep, resonant tones.

Formidable weaponry
It was the Who’s John Entwistle who first traded in his Marshall stacks in favour of Sound City at the beginning of 1967, and Pete Townshend followed later that year.
At this time, Dave Reeves was providing Sound City with the amplifiers, OEM. They were the first in a lineage of amplifiers that would quickly evolve into Hiwatt.
Also, around this time, Jimi Hendrix and his manager Chas Chandler approached Townshend, asking for his opinion on amplification. He told them that he had stopped using Marshall, as he thought Sound City were better. The Jimi Hendrix Experience subsequentlystarted using Sound City rigs, but set them up together with their Marshall stacks instead of replacing them.
In late 1968, The Who approached Dallas Arbiter, the makers of Sound City, asking if their equipment could be modified slightly. This request was denied, but independent amp designer and manufacturer Dave Reeves agreed, and created customised L100 amplifier
