The Galli Musical Strings Company was established by Tommaso Galli in 1890. At that time musical strings were handcrafted using gut.
In 1950 Roberto Galli, Tommaso’s son, joined the firm. Roberto inherited the talent of his father and in time became like his father a great expert, a maestro, in the art of musical string making.
In the 1970s Galli Strings introduced new technologically advanced equipment into their production process. Roberto Galli’s son, Tommaso, joined the company in 1985. Building on his grandfather’s and father’s musical and technical achievements, Tommaso Galli has extended into the twenty-first century the Galli tradition of developing and manufacturing fine musical strings.
Tribute L-2000
Leos L serie basser, startede som en videreførelse af hans Music Man designs, og med to Humbucker pickups tilbød G&L noget på det tidspunkt, som ikke fandtes hos MM. L serien har siden starten fået sit eget liv, og både L-2000, og L-2500 (5 str) er blevet manges favorit bas, og i høj grad en bestseller i Tribute serien.
G&L er Leo Fenders sidste livsværk, skabt på erfaringerne fra Fender og Music Man, og designet i Leo’s workshop, på Fender Avenue 2548, i Fullerton, CA. PX1 is a multifunctional foldable music stand. Thanks to its particular design, the product is stable in any position of its use. The board can be removed and folded. This part is made of shock-resistant but flexible ABS, so that to avoid damages due to accidental falls. PX1 Music Stand is equipped with a storage compartment and two retractable holders to hang headphone and violin, cello or double bass bow. Useful also for any other proper use. In case of large music sheets, board extensions named PX1A are available as separate and optional accessories. The extensions are to be connected on the board lateral rails.
