T-Rex Effects is proud to announce that the legendary Replica Delay is back with an even larger and more powerful “engine”, but still delivers the same iconic sound and simplicity.
The Replica is built with high-quality European components and Danish craftsmanship; we are happy to say that we have achieved a new level.
You will discover two different modes, ¨Vintage mode¨, where the repeats are passed through a compressor/expander circuit, which makes the sound smooth and dynamic.
This circuit was used in the first generation of the Replica.

The world first heard the instantly recognizable sounds of the Mellotron on hits from the Moody Blues (“Nights in White Satin”) and the Beatles (“Strawberry Fields Forever”) in the 1960s. Idéen om at tilbyde et publikum af musikere og fagfolk et stadig mere sofistikeret digital piano som er i stand til at blive den nye absolutte referencepunkt indenfor digitalpianoer: kraftfuld, alsidig, smukt, med en fantastisk lyd, der omdefinerer ”state of the art”.
Et instrument så avanceret og omfattende, at det ikke kan sammenlignes med noget andet digital piano, men kun med den dynamiske kreative lyd som kun et akustisk piano har.
Et værktøj, der ikke eksisterede, fordi det forudsatte en teknologi, som endnu ikke var blevet udviklet, og et værk af design og teknik så kompleks, at ingen nogensinde havde turdet forestille sig det.
