The M4000D Mini Mellotron was developed to meet the needs of keyboardists who want an even smaller and lighter Digital Mellotron. The Mini is also designed to fit perfectly on top of the regular M4000D to make a great looking dual manual Mellotron. Instead of the M4000D’s wooden keyboard, it includes a high-quality, semi-weighted Fatar piano-style keyboard with velocity sensitivity, and mono aftertouch.

Idéen om at tilbyde et publikum af musikere og fagfolk et stadig mere sofistikeret digital piano som er i stand til at blive den nye absolutte referencepunkt indenfor digitalpianoer: kraftfuld, alsidig, smukt, med en fantastisk lyd, der omdefinerer ”state of the art”.

Comes in two widths: The 4.0 model (4" wide) helps ease the weight of heavier instruments such as basses and solid-body guitars, while the 2.5 model (2.5" wide) offers ample cushion for lighter instruments. Both models feature thick anti-fatigue, double-layered neoprene coupled with durable faux leather, with limited stretch to avoid that bothersome "bungee" bouncy effect.

The series includes 119 additional sounds, ranging from acoustic and electric pianos to synths, strings, brass, and more. Players can utilize the Sound 1 and Sound 2 zones, along with the dedicated Pedal Section, to layer and split sounds across the keyboard for maximum creative expression.
