Formidable weaponry
It was the Who’s John Entwistle who first traded in his Marshall stacks in favour of Sound City at the beginning of 1967, and Pete Townshend followed later that year.
At this time, Dave Reeves was providing Sound City with the amplifiers, OEM. They were the first in a lineage of amplifiers that would quickly evolve into Hiwatt.
Also, around this time, Jimi Hendrix and his manager Chas Chandler approached Townshend, asking for his opinion on amplification. He told them that he had stopped using Marshall, as he thought Sound City were better. The Jimi Hendrix Experience subsequentlystarted using Sound City rigs, but set them up together with their Marshall stacks instead of replacing them.
In late 1968, The Who approached Dallas Arbiter, the makers of Sound City, asking if their equipment could be modified slightly. This request was denied, but independent amp designer and manufacturer Dave Reeves agreed, and created customised L100 amplifier
MERISH 5+ Plus: The live machine
Includes all the functions of Merish5 but with doubled speed and the possibility to edit audio files with separate tracks with MTA files (the format designed by M-live). It reads and plays files with extension .wav / .aac / .ogg / .flac / .aif / .au, also with the included Plug in Prompter which allows to be connected with such devices as tablet or smartphone to view lyrics and chords of the played songs in a remote way from more points on the stage.

T-Rex Møller 2 delivers the same classic overdrive that made it's predecessor one of T-Rex’s most sought-after pedals. Named after Danish guitarist Knud Møller, for whom the original pedal was designed, Møller 2 features a more durable “Bass Boost” toggle switch and easier-to-read control knob graphics. The pedal is armed with a 0-20 db clean boost, as well as a mix control which lets you dial in the perfect balance between distorted and clean signals. Rolled all the way up and with distortion maxed, the pedal sounds just like a vintage tube amp at full volume. Roll the Mix knob back a bit, and your clean signal starts to get through; if you pick lightly or roll back your guitar volume, you get a stunning clean, softly-clipping sound that retains all the feel and dynamics of your original tone, only bigger, louder and richer. The boost function lets you dial in a solo level, whether the overdrive circuit is activated or not.
